I got to check out an audi R8 today. All i can say is that thing looks so much better in person. The R8 was pretty easy to drive for being what it is. Sounded like a beast even though i did not take it to redline. that is all.

Two meets in a week? Sounds good except for the weeks when I am on shift Tuesday and Friday. That sucks.

Was the interior ergonomically practical? Or was anything difficult to read/reach?

Yeah, it was pretty nice in the R8 did good in every aspect. the seat held me in tight but not to tight, people tall and short would be able to fit (i am 5'11 and with the seat pushed all the way back i had a hard time pushing the clutch all the way down), ride was nice not to stiff, dials were easy to read, feedback from the wheel was perfect, the leather was top shelf and smelled wonderful, i did not touch the navi but, i am sure its pretty easy to use (not to many buttons). I would say the R8 would be very easy to live with as a daily every thing was pretty easy to reach with the seat in the proper place.

-edit- i thought the brakes were cool. the rear had 2 calipers and the fronts were just massive an took up the entire mid of the 19" wheels......

I get calls frequently. Most of our calls are involved with nursing homes and stuff like that. Occasionally, we do Hapeville Fire backup. On average, we do 20 emergencies a day on top of 40+ scheduled appts everyday. It's a great career.

Pick the right school to go to. Get on with the fire dept and not a private service.

I just got my new fuel pump, caster camber plates, and exhaust put on. I cannot believe how nice it is to NOT hear the fucking exhaust dumping out under the car! I can actually hear myself think. Of course its just the typical guy stuff. Boobs, beer and Boobs. I should have done this a year ago. And Tno, you should follow Bobby's suggestion and slit your wrists. I call dibbs on your '53. :boobies:

When your hose isn't working...things get difficult. I had to do it the old fashioned way with a bucket of water, a brush, and a rag LOLOL

I'll clean your wheels no problem at all ....but you already have a girl to do that, no?

    Ah...that would suck.

Yes, LB has been trained how to properly wash a car using the two bucket method but who says we can't have a bikini car wash day??
