I drove the shitbox for a few weeks without one. Never stopped me, not that they won't stop you, but just saying. Hell I even went back and forth through PTC a few times.

I THINK its the one over there by burger king. I applied at both tires plus in Newnan and Peachtree City. I'm not sure which one called me.
