I believe the old one just did 720p and the hero2 does 1080p. And they got a better mic on the hero2 to fix the wind noise.

I just picked up a GoPro too. We tried attaching it on top of the Paladin, doesn't work well with armor haha. I'll post up some videos of us doing fire missions and random stuff once I get fast enough internet.

The only thing I will gripe about is the cheap, hard, shitty plastic inside. No offense, but it looks like Ford forgot that people actually sit in therefor reasons other than going fast...

Steve, I agree with you on the interior. However, I will say based on the 2012 GT500 I worked on not to long ago that the steering wheel and seats had an extremely sporty and quality feel. Ford has stepped it up quite a bit and this is coming from a guy who is not a fan of made in America.
I agree Steve. Ford never has really put that much time into the interior. Im totally fine with it but then again maybe im just used to it since this will be my 6th Mustang. As for any other reason besides going fast........I cant think of one
Pretty sure I'll be ordering goodies tonight. It should go straight from the dealer to under the knife next week.

I know that Ford has changed to many soft touch materials in the interiors of their cars, but they still have many hard plastics. The interiors have definitely improved.
Just finished reading this book and it was phenomenal, especially coming from someone who NEVER reads! Ford was a lot worse off then I knew and it was amazing that they turned around from the shit hole they were in.
Seats and wheel look fine, (going off of an older gt500 as Phil's are covered in plastic), its just the dash and control knobs/buttons that look like rent-a-car material...
I will say this though: it wouldn't stop me from getting one, it would just make me question the price I'd be paying for it. lol And this is partly why I'm hesitant on used Z06....

C5z or C6z? Performance wise the c6z is absolutely amazing!! You cant go wrong with a 7.0L and bolt ons

I really can't afford either at the moment, but C5 as its will be more realistic financially- I don't want to get in over my head financially. I want to be able to own a car, pay for the required maintainance, and still live comfortably with little financial strain, ya know? lolC5z or C6z? Performance wise the c6z is absolutely amazing!! Seriously though, I know the C6 is much better, but honestly, I feel like the C5 would be adequate for me and what I want to do/build. My other option is a subaru "oriented" (< key word)build that could potentially be a reality sooner than the Z06...
