Whomever designed the "quick release steering wheel hub" is on my shit list! I was doing a wideband and boost gauge install in a customers car this afternoon and decided to take of his steering wheel. When it didn't release I decided to try and take a peak behind the wheel at the hub, all the while, still tugging on the wheel itself. The wheel finallly released and slammed into my nose and I began bleeding profusely right away... THe bleeding eventually stopped but my damn nose is killing me...

This was taken after he shot the ramp down the street because it wasnt locked properly.

I was when I first saw that picture. Im actually still in NY. I had already signed the back of the title when I brought it down to GA in the first place. Did all the negotiating over the phone and he came and picked her up this afternoon. It'll be fun looking for and building another toy. I said I didnt want to build another toy but I cant help it......I like playing with cars haha. Maybe try my hand in this 4cylinder game everyone brags about :P

You won't be satisfied after owning the Cobra...just my $0.02 though.
As much fun as it was highway stalking everything on the road. Im kinda looking forward to the change of pace. Maybe a quick little car that can handle. Looking into Elises and Exiges.

What happened to the Viper idea?
The Elise/Exige is a rock solid car....until you have a minor fender bender (cost of body panels). Regardless of that, I would totally purchase one. LB and I was very close to signing the paperwork on a Candy Red S240 (only one in that color) a couple years ago. The cost of the monthly note was the cost of a mortgage so we came to our senses and walked away. We test drove that car for an hour and a half that day. We also service a beautiful white on red with dry carbon interior S260. They are a blast to drive.
Dropping 45K on a car and having to dump another 15K just to make it equal to my Cobra didnt really seem like a great idea. Im not looking for another highway stalker. If I was i'd just build an older Fox with a gigantic Turbo. Or dump 45K into an already built Supra......but I just dont really want to. Id be in the same boat within a month. Having a fast car that I can only really play with it on the highway because it'll just roast the tires.
But you never know. I may change my mind hahaha. Im going to wait and see how I feel. '12 FJ as my daily with no car payment and sold the Cobra which is all now play money. Im keeping my options open. I did really always want a DeLorean.

In this case, get something you don't see all the damn time, whether it's new or old. Every day that I look at this yellow ACR, I start to like it more and more. I had a thorough look at a friend's '13 GTR Black Edition this morning. It's a def. improvement over his '09 he just traded in. I would love to own a red GTR but they haven't dropped in price enough just yet.
What about a factory-five car?
You dont see Elise's too often. The GTR is very nice but you're right. They havent came down in price very much. As for the Factory Five stuff. Im not really big into replica or kit cars.

this is exactly why I had a winch on every trailer that I ever owned.
I thought dumonts dually was big, but rut's LTZ Suburban.......... my body hurts.

The guy I sold the Cobra too is really good friends with an editor from 5.0 Mustang Magazine and hes already entered in this upcoming KoTS(King of The Street) hahaha. Atleast it went to a good home.
