you wanna spoon with me?
Subaru is pretty much complete again. I was hoping the IC pipes would be welded today but they didn't have the time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Monday/Tuesday. :)
How long have you had it apart Steve? Have you been working on adding more performance items or just trying to get it running again?
I went to a rotated turbo setup and had it on the road for a month or so then one night while working on it, I somehow ended up taking the IM off and doing what they call a reverse intake manifold setup. As a result, I've had to custom fab my own IC pipes. I just haven't had the time/nor motivation to complete it.
I think Tommy stands a good chance.
If Tommy's car generates as much power and it supposedly makes, it should be a decent match.
Haha why is that?
hahahaha
Because, it just is! Lol. You make it sound like some Star Wars space craft "generating" power hahaha. I think "produce" would have been more appropriate :D
It's a V6 and I know the power it produced (happy Daniel? lol).

How I feel at the moment, i have decided to open my options up of cars to pursue, but dont exactly know what to look at. Max budget of $8k and cant figure out what i want.
Options widely accepted, specs wanted:
1996+ car
23+ Mpg
Comfortable
Something closer to stock and not someones pet project
reliable and affordable to repair if needed
Any Ideas?
How about an EM2 Jojo??
Idk why, but I always liked them... Wasnt a fan of motor options, but otherwise I thought they were decent
ive thought about another honda, but im not feeling getting another coupe. Im thinking a sedan of some sort.
give me 9k and your hatch for my 07 civic si 4-door...
13k=awesome car for sure, for 8k you should fine a really nice ride. In that case i would stay with a jap car they are easy on gas and easy to fix and repair. german cars tend to good on gas but, hard on repairs. i would say an acura cl, tsx or something along those lines.
i acquired a love for CR-Vs lately. 99-01 models are just perfect. b20, 25mpg average, AWD, and personally i believe they look awesome. but they're girl's cars. so jack it up for 400 dollars and put giant offroad tires on it.
good call on the crv
forester
What about an Element?
Think about being able to haul your detailing stuff too...
-Tapatalk for HTC Inspire
What about a Miata?
1996+ car CHECK!
23+ Mpg CHECK!
Comfortable CHECK...well I guess this one is debatable.
Something closer to stock and not someones pet project CHECK!
reliable and affordable to repair if needed CHECK CHECK!
LOL :D
Buy a bike and a backpack
That would be EM1. EM2= 01-05 Civic coupe with your choice of D17 motors.
I like this one. It'd be perfect for you to haul your stuff in. Decent on gas, cheap to maintain, etc..
Only question is does it fall into your price range?
Ive seen you on my way going to work all the time. I drive the slammed Escort Gt sliver with the black hood ( work in progress).
