It can't be driven or towed yet...mainly because the fender if wrapped around the tire for now...I still have heard back from the police or the girl downstairs. I don't think I'm going to move the car until the police get a hold of the girl, and her insurance takes a look at the car. After that I'll try and fix what I can to make it drivable...

yeah, i'll come out just like usual.

I punched out most of the fender and fixed what I could on her...

I drove her home tonight which is a good sign, it seems that the only thing that needs to be replaced is the fender now...yay me.
