Nice, what kind of boat did your gf's dad get? We'll be out there the whole time this weekend. If you see a red Yamaha AR210 with a bunch of idiots falling... hard behind it, thats us. (We spend most of the time back in a cove by the old "state line park", its nice an quiet back there). I like the idea of a dedicated wakeboard boat but we love our jet boat.

Are you pretty good?

he has a 24ft. speed boat...seats 8

and im decent im more of a jumper really i love jumping last year before it got too cold i had just started on my 180's and some different grabs (melon was the only one i really got good at lol) but got cold alot faster than i thought lol...but at the moment he is getting the engine re-built (failed to winterize it and cracked the block) still has about 2 more weeks till its done! its killing me cause I want to wakeboard soooo bad! lol but the spot that ur talking about we usually go back there too not too many boats go back there so the water is perfect and not toooo choppy

Sweet man, we're still perfecting the rope length and speed every weekend. It is quite different on a jet boat, wake shape and speed control is quite difficult. We just shortened the rope this weekend and now wake to wake is a heck of a lot easier than trying to jump our 20ft wide wake when the rope is at 70ft. You're more than welcome to tag along with us one of these weekend if you want. We got a 21 footer and can seat 9.

I'll be adding 2 x 400lbs FatSacks as soon as I can figure out how to splice in a Ballast Puppy for quick fill and draining.
Folks say that will add 6 - 12" to the wake depending on speed.

heck yea dude i dun know if i will be able to go this weekend only time i will have is early on friday then i will be driving the Washington to visit family for the weekend but im free for the weekend after that if you are up for it! im always up for going! yea playing around with the rope length make such a big difference...did that for my girlfriend and it helped her soo sooo much! but just let me know dude!
