I got a text from some friends of mine tonight when I was at work and they were going to meet up there at the Publix meet as well. I might have gone if I didn't have to work. I haven't been since the shooting. I wish them luck in trying to start it back up but I don't see it ever being the same again.

it was automatic.. couldn't handle that shit anymore.. i got tired of going fast in a straight line.. it got boring really fast.. and i got tired of 12mpg..

the biggest reason... it was a '99 with 58,000 miles on it... it was time to either sell it while its still worth something.. or keep it for another 5-10 years... which wasn't gonna happen

plus... i got a really good deal on my new car with the three trades i had... i love this thing.. zero regrets

I almost went to the publix meet last night. I was just too tired. And not all the people are bad news. I know about a half dozen people that go that are cool as fuck.

Ok, my wife went to the doctor today and they scheduled her induction for THIS THURSDAY. My daughter will be a part of this world Thursday. We are very excited.

Unfortunately that means I won't be at the meet this week. Wish us luck on the delivery.

i love it.. 2.0L Turbo... 250hp.. 250tq.. people are getting over 300whp and 350wtq with nothing but a tune... can't complain about that... and it already handles better than my '99 Civic Si did with $2500 in suspension crap (with early 2000 prices that is)
