    Default Athens Area & Gwinnett Meet July 26, 2008

    It's been in discussioin, now let's make it reality! Come out, and have a good time. Grill out, swim, meet new people. I mean afterall it's summertime.

    This is a month away, so there better be no excuses as time nears.

    If y'all want to grill out, let me know what all you want to bring, I will update the original post as we go. I believe they have grills there (Correct me if I am wrong) Bring some swimming trunks, and what-not. Also, I beleive it's pay to park, so bring some cash with you.

    its 2 dollars to park where are we meeting theres so many places to go in that park? i know either way when you go in you have to go straight because left is camping only? swim area is at the end but it is gravel parking and there is a pavillion with gril charcoal though and there is basketball goals if someone wants to play at the entrance let me know what you wanna no i probably know ive been there alot but i will be ther!!

    anyway, I'll be there. I go fishing there atleast twice a month so I know the place pretty well.

    yes there are grills there. Its 3 bucks per car to get in. We need to pick the spot in the park to meet. Im thinking that the back where the "beach" is would be good. LOTS of parking, grills, bathrooms, etc.
