As far as MSPI goes, every business is gonna have those kind of stories. I mean look at whomever built your car.....that was quite the embarrassment yesterday but I am sure that yours is not the poster car for their shop. You said you knew you were slow yesterday but yet you kept pulling that turd onto the track. I have had good results with my hv-20 in "tv" mode...manually setting the shutter speed and the white balance to have colors match what i see vs what is on the screen. If you sharpen it some in post processing it looks really good. I do not like the wmv HD codec but it is common and folks can access it to view the videos easily
