Alternate Varsity Meet: New Area Proposal (Photographers too!)

Ok, so lets shoot for this new spot. It can only handle about 50 cars, but it should be a good spot. No police interference (shouldnt be). It is located right across the street from the REI in an abandoned lot.

Time: 7:00PM- onwards
Location:
1800 Northeast Expy NE
Atlanta, GA 30329

Mapquest for that! Its easy to find, and right off 85 only a few exits up from the V.

lol wtf is wrong with varsity? The burnouts stopped, the cops are semi-cool with it? Why not just schedule this one on a different day

Lotsa ppl u rarely see go down to the V (people not on IA) and etc

alternate meet cause theres a football game at GT which means the varisty lot will be reserved for people going to the game.

Agreed, ppls always make these threads(alternate meet) right around V time and it never works..

Its just for this week as there is a football game that day and game parking is priority. Theres gonna be police out there enforcing this, trust me

no, the owners of the park-and-pay lot where the meet is held, sell the spots for like $15 on game day for people going to the games. So you can hang out if you want to pay and basically hang out in a full parking lot with no-one else.

Uh, i think i'd rather try to find the Gwinnett meet instead.....rather than goin downtown and then gettin lost, endin up in the ATLghetto at night.....

no offense but what do you have to worry about? people in the "ghetto" dont usually go for steely riding sunfires. . . . and it is hard to get lost there man it is immediately off the exit. . .
