Oh you were the cats in the dark blue G parked next to mine that rolled 3 mins after you got there. Oh FYI, our meets aren't the every weekend gathering like you may be used to. Like it was said, we are enthusiasts with the same type of interest in our cars. No we are not the "Rich Boy" car club, so don't get it twisted. And if i'm not mistaken, you were driving a G too...? What would that make you?

Sorry we never got to talk as I always enjoy talking to others about cars. If your so quick to judge us by our age/looks or we look like we dont work on our cars without meeting us, then your not right for our group anways. Your more than welcome to come to another meet and talk shop if you want, we're a laid back group. Most of us work hard to pay for our cars and some did their own FI installs. It kind of says something for our group as we have members move on to newer or older cars and yet they still come back and want to be apart of it.

I'm a young guy who bought my OWN car and I have received nothing but warm welcomes and help from the G&Z meet people. Did you actually talk to anyone or did you just pull up, make some assumptions, and dip? God forbid you talk about cars with someone who has had a drivers license for more than 10 years. If you lose the insecurities and baseless assumptions, you are welcome to come back and join everyone.

Btw, one time we had a GTO show up and it probably had more people standing over it than any other car. We never shun anyone.

You dont have to own an expensive sports car thats already built fast from the factory to be a mature enthusiast....

Actually the G is slow from the factory, that is not what makes them enthusiasts. You wrote them off as the Rich boy club when in fact the do track days (road course and at the strip) on a regular basis, they also have meets to help others with DIY projects, the Vette and the Porsche owner who show up were previous G owners but still hang out with the group even though they moved up.

I'm just saying get to know people before you judge them.

I only based THAT judgement on what brandowms240 said, and what tony said......just put 2 and 2 together, and thats what i ended up coming up with...thats all

Who the hell are you? You sound like such a douche. The people that showed up at that meet are all very mature and respectable people. They gladly accepted me into their group as a 22 year old that bought his own G35. ****, even if my parents bought it, I'm sure they still would have accepted me. Its not about what you drive to them, its just a bunch of enthusiasts that enjoy being with other enthusiasts. You just sound like a fag that likes to hang with other fags. How bout you stick with BP and the Varsity...

It was a good meet like always. Very chill and laid back. Nice cars, new modifications, technical advice and food. You should definetly attend the November meet. It'll be a special event, i'll post details later when I find them out.

I got there a lil late, so I kinda missed those that arrived early. But I'm sure that brandowms240 got it wrong. The age group is VERY diverse. There are those in their tweenties, and old people. We respect and learn from each others.

We're laid back like many of the guys above said. This meet is one of our monthly meets. There are times that many people would come (40 cars in G and Z, exlcuding others with Honda, BMW, EVO, Vettes, GTOs, Benz, etc.), and there are times that only 4-5 shows up. It's all in good sport, talks, and hang out.

We even have Mods days where we help each other mods the car at one of the member's garage, or even pool days.

I don't know why brandowms240 got that idea from?

I had fun as always. I'm 23 and when I bought my Z almost 3 years ago the Z&G guys were nice to me. They saw that I worked hard everyday to have mine. The age dosn't matter. We have 18year olds and 70 year olds. Its allgood. Asfar as money goes I stay almost broke to have my car and toys. Its about where you want to put your money.
