good lord i missed that one.
This race should really be changed to Sport Compact Showdown, and kick out those boring ass buicks. Sure they won and run consistent but god damn they are ugly.

Wow! I was standing next to the G35/Shyline at one point. Glad I missed that. Spoolin wasn't your car on a trailer on 75N last night, plates say SPOOLIN ?
the buicks kicked ass Grand Nationals are bad as hell! and the starlets were awsome
Any of you guys see the fight with the COmpetiton Clutch guys?
By the time i got there they where brecking it up,i guess one of the guys slapped another guys wife or some shit like that!
It sucked peter got kicked out,
We never heared them say Showdown cars to the line, we where taking the car to do a pass because we changed some stuff out.
We get to line and there like we have being waiting for you, we had NO ICE and the slicks where at 12psi.So if you saw i was trying to let out air while the car was rolling to the line,we knew we where done for the day at that point. one slick was at 5psi the other at 10ish...
Oh well thats racing!!! Always next time!
All and All it was a damn good turn out and show everyone had nice cars meet a couple of new people had fun
No the Orange Rotary won modified street. That dull red buick or whatever it was won Showdown. JKOBD's civic was running consistant 10.1's until his last pass :(Quote:

I thought I could do better, but ended up with a couple 13.3s @ 119 after bogging once and spinning another time =P (2.5 and 2.6 60'); although I shifted better on those runs. I think with some practice I could hit lower 12s on real street tires, and 11s on something decent...
I had fun but it was super hot, and now I have a left arm tan from waiting in the staging lanes.
in the last elimination round, they were definately speeding up the process.... JKOBD's civic wasnt cooled down enough and let off cause the temp guage started to climb... lol runnin a 10.8 at 105....
Yea i had fun running all motor class... Time for some cams and head work! My nitrous bottle would not get warm cause it was so hot out{ i know that sounds odd} so my nitrous times sucked.. Still got a 13.5 motor and a 12.9 on nitrous. I could hook good all motor but on spray my 60 foots went to shit. I think my highest trap was 114mph spray and 104 motor... I placed 3rd in all motor with a mostly stock h22..not bad.. Damn k20 crx out lighted me , what i get for sleeping at the tree... I out 60' him and out trapped him. I just couldnt pull enough at the end...
All my runs were on street tires....not drag radials
jeremy-who won ur class???
The crxQuote:

The car just wasn't hooking up yesterday.Quote:

I am editing the videos now. I have all the runs except for a couple. But I do have me and that supra running.
in for the video of some clark ownage. I saw you let off from the roof of the RV, but i knew at that point you most likely couldnt catch him anyways. PEESTUN KUP YEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH.Quote:

from the 1/8 mile, it seemed like you woulda passed the GN by the end... but smart choice to let off...that 1100$ wouldnt have rebuilt that motor had you popped it.
Humm.. odd i didnt see you run under a 13.4 or trap any more than me ALL day... Fun run none the less..Quote:

i dont have anything to prove so lets drop it.
response to the edit^^^....reason i wasnt runnin 13.1s like last year...
i downsized tire size... bad move, hurt my 60ft's
hondata kpro calibrations are sometimes corrupted when we update to a newer version... i had to street tune my car saturday night til 4am... it got close enough and i said that was enough....

I saw the car that was on the trailer too. It was a clean white Integra with Alabama plates being towed by a white Dodge Ram also with Alabama plates.Quote:

Clark DID win ISD last year, so thats probably been on there for some time
Sorry dude. I totally forgot about that. I also have it from us winning 5th place overall at one lap of america last year. and 1st in mid priced sedan. But you know a date is kinda important. You are right. We are wrong. Get a little busy and fogot to edit it with years and seasons.Quote:
