Kay so thanks lol its for my work computer won't let me go on alot of sites like Target, blockbuster etc......
Use Proxies, www.pagewash.com works the best in my opinion, there is also many others, www.proxify.com , www.hidemyass.com, just search "Proxy" if those don't work for you.
can't view those sites either has them blocked

nope I cant use Proxies I guess. This is what it says:The link you are accessing has been blocked by the Barracuda Web Filter because it contains content belonging to the category of: Proxies
Torpark usually get me around proxies with tor disabled, but if it's not working, enable tor to get around anything, with a speed loss.
