old ass pc game

theres a game my cousin used to have where you could buy cars at auction and rebuild them and flip them...it sounds retarded but does anyone know what game this could be?? i know this is vague but i remember the cover had a old school chevy cab on the front and the graphics sucked but its a good time killer...it was something garage i think....

was it street rod? where you could bet money and buy cars & parts from the newspaper and make them faster and race for pinks? Old school like EGA graphics. I have like SR1, 2, and 3 if someone wants to host them. They are real small.

I actually found it on Limewire/Kazaa one time. but ya I've seen it on many cheap cd racks at stores, usually in a 2 pack with sprint car racing or somethin'.
