Faster than the Flash and stronger than Hulk. Although he doesn't look it, Silver Surfer is beef.

The Silver Surfer possesses vast power known as the "Power Cosmic," gained when Galactus restructured his former body. He has the ability to channel ambient cosmic energy into his body at will, and expel it violently as concussive force or gently as a means to restructure molecules according to his mental design. The Surfer can generate beams of energy with sufficient destructive force to destroy a planet or, by contrast, generate such subtle amounts of energy to restructure the molecules of the natural pigments within a plant to change its color. The Surfer can rearrange the molecules of matter to create other configurations and can even directly transmute elements. While he can use his power to revitalize life energies and heal the wounded, there is no proof that he can create life from nothingness or return the dead to life.

The Surfer possesses Class 100 strength, meaning he can press over 100 tons. Additionally, the Surfer can use the Power Cosmic to amplify his physical strength to a level at least rivalling that of an enraged Savage Hulk. In addition, his body can move and react at metahuman velocities, he routinely navigates asteroid fields and attacks entire amaradas of starships at near light speed while maintaining surgical precision.

By using his board to exceed 99.9% of the speed of light (186,000 miles per second), the Surfer can shift himself into hyperspace, a dimension in which velocity is not limited by the speed of light. The Surfer can also compress his own bodily matter so as to shift himself into a so-called microverse. Additionally, he can phase his body's molecules to pass through solid matter or energy. The Surfer has demonstrated his ability to manipulate "temporal" or "chronal" energies and thus has proven himself capable of travelling to the past.

In regards to Silver Surfer? The only real weakness or vulnerability he has is to psychic-style attacks. Mind control, mental disruption, things like that. He's pretty much a superhero with hacks.

True spider is a nerd. But how many devices have you seen him make compare to batman?.... oh daymn i forgot, spider evolved a bit. He has new enhanced power and has a stinger now. plus his new suit made my ironman has more gadget than the batmobile. This is toughy.

Professor Xavier is one of the most powerful known mutant in marvel. He can fry superman, batman and spidey brain while teaching class. But he not part of this dual. UNLESS................. batman and spiderman made a helmet that blocks professor x power like magneto did. Then professor x is DOOMED

all of you guys still fail to realized spiderman DO have spidey sense that warns him when something isnt right. ALSO...........his new suit(made by iron man) is bullet proof, and fire proof blah blah blah. Not that he needs any. Yes batman does have all the gadget, but spiderman is smarter and has iron man wealth on the side also. So brides isnt an issue to him. Sorry im a comic book geek.
So here it is, batman will beat superman, then spiderman beat batman. End of story. This is like paper scissor rock battle. Spiderman cant beat superman without kyrptonite nor can batman. If one of them gets a hold of it, superman is doom regardless.
