    My suggestions would be

REAL DRAFT, setup a time when everyone can participate if you arent there, then you get autodrafted for.

BONUSES- Rec 100+ yards 5 point bonus, throw over 300 yards 5 point bonus, Rush over 100+ yards 5 point bonus, Bonus for Rush or Rec play over 40yards x 1 play
    - This will make the scoring high and evens out some of the guys that have big play receivers like Boldin or Maclin or Brown, etc. They arent as consistent, but if they catch an 80YD TD pass, you get 8points for yards, 6 points for TD, and 2 pt bonus for receiving play over 40yards so 1 play = 16 points. Makes the big play receivers much more competitive.
    - Same with rushing. You get guys like Adrian Peterson that rip off a 40 yd TD play, youll get 4+6+2pt bonus. that extra 2 points adds up. Levels the playing field IMO

TRADES, Dont just auto allow trades. Establish ground rules, any trade has to be approved by commissioner is usually the best bet. It keeps people from making the trade until its approved by the league. My FantASY BBall no all trades have a 2 day sitting rule. Meaning if you trade Friday night and it is approved it doesnt go through until Sunday night.

BUYIN $10 buy in, 10 teams, $100 total. 1st place =$50 2nd Place-$35 3rd Place= $15 Keeps people honest in their trades and makes it more than "just for fun". Attracts people serious about playing so we dont get SUBLEGed again. $10 isnt too much for people to part with.
