i tried to put together a trade that would give you Marshall.... i couldnt figure out one that would work....
what i almost came up with of been something like
Marshall,Pitta,Ravens D for Bush,Rudolph and Bears D
no way in hell i'd give up my bears defense, only for the number 1 defense. ravens and pitta dont have that much production... giving away rudolph and bears defense is giving half of my team
Pitta is still the number 5 targeted receiver in the NFL even after 2 weeks of literally doing nothing.... targets show a trend more so than stats. If a TE has 2 balls to him thrown all day and 1 of them is a TD, he will have higher fantasy points than a TE who had 15 balls thrown at him, but only had 50 yards with no TDs...
Pitta's stats should balance out moving forward, he's Flacco's favorite target.
On defenses.... the bear's defense is the #1 defense.... i offered to trade you the #3 defense in the mix. Reggie Bush is a wildcard, plus he's dealing with injury. He might put up 2 points next week, he might put up 35.... Marshall is as consistent of a WR as you're gonna find. He's the #1 target on a SB contending team.
The trade is better for me..................... no question.... but the trade gives you a better chance of beating me this week. If you're willing to lose something overall to be better this week.... it's a deal. Gotta fish... 8D
i rather my team as it sits w/ the loss of jackson and hawkins for marshall...both of those wideouts are decent, dependent on QB targeting them. i'll struggle/gamble with them and keep a consistent defense then to pick up a defense that loss 2 big defenders on their team...nahhhh
Not confident at all this week. A few key players on bye weeks and several bad matchups.
