Default IA is back, Tebow thread is back. J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets!

Tebow is now 5-3 as a starter, 4-1 this season with VERY limited mistakes. People need to start focusing equally on what Tebow does not do vs what he doesnt do enough of. What he doesnt do, is turn the ball over. Even the most cynical of Broncos critics now give them a very real shot at making the playoffs this year. Most experts predict AT LEAST a 3-3 finish from the Broncos, which would most likely get them in the playoffs. So, guy takes over for a 1-4 team and gets them to the playoffs... it is what it is. Sadly, Broncos still dont want him. This will be the mark on Elway's legacy. His legacy as a manager will rest with Tebow regardless of the decision he makes. If he trades Tebow, he better hope Tebow is a bust or the fans will call for his head. They already are even at the slightest idea that Elway will get rid of Tebow. Denver Broncos fans........... are ready to fist fight with the great John Elway over rookie QB Tim Tebow. Kid is special, Broncos will learn this whether theyre with or against him in the future.

He still hasn't been impressive but he's revitalized the Broncos and that's more important that passing yards.

Something that is being completely ignored in the Tebow love affair is his complete lack of production on the field. It is the defense that is responding to Tebow, not the offense. Tebow led the way to a whole 10 points and the defense scored the other 7 on a pick 6.

Oakland goes to the playoffs, not Denver. Denver likely finishes the season 7-9 while Oakland finishes 8-8. Denver loses 3 of the next 4 and could easily lose all 4.

Tebow style offense stays on the field, keeps defenses on the field and keeps the broncos defense off the field resting. That contributes to their improved play. Its not as simple as saying "theyre fired up to play for Tebow"... even though, if Tebow is capable of inspiring a team to rally around him, then for fuck sake what are we even having this conversation for. He should be the starting QB.

In regards to his production, hes yet to have a single training camp devoted to him. He came in as a project, got no snaps in season 1 since Orton was the uncontested starter. Season 2 begins with a lock out, got no snaps even though he probably wouldnt have anyways since Orton for the most part was still the uncontested starter. He's a QB who in theory needed to overhaul his entire throwing mechanics. Where does he do this at? in his front yard? hes had no real team practices, he just got thrown into the fire. Truthfully... Elway and company expected him to burn in said fire, now that he hasnt.... theyre stuck in a bit of a pickle.

Thinking the Broncos will lose the next 4 is a bit ridiculous. Charges are more than beatable, so are the vikings. The only automatic losses on the remaining schedule are Bears and Pats...... Bears without cutler... who knows now.

Chargers eat up that defense like it wasnt even there. Chargers win by 13.
Minnesota will probably be without Peterson. Broncos win by 3.
Bears dont have cutler but they have an experienced backup in Caleb Hanie. They also have that defense, most notably the LBers. Bears by 17.
Pats defense is playing a lot better these days. Tebow will run around some but the pats will be OK with that. Pats by 24.

i doubt the Chargers right their ship vs the surging Broncos defense. Rivers is playing like shit, theyve lost 5 in a row. Chargers also have issues stopping the run, not good vs broncos. opens up the play action, which Tebow does well.

Others i agree, though im hopeful vs the Bears without Cutler. Pats should walk up over and around the Broncos with ease.

If the Broncos manage to get thru the Chargers and Vikings... gonna be madness. If they beat the Bears after that..... probably gonna hear superbowl talks..LOL. Wishful thinking, i expect a 3-3 finish and the Broncos to limp into the playoffs. Which in my opinion, is a MAJOR success.

They may well be but I will stick with them. My only question with the chargers is if their O line can slow down Von Miller.
