Panthers release jake delhomme
I seen this coming, delhomme has been messing up big time, matt moore is not too much better, but IMO better than delhomme for the panthers. with all that speed carolina boasts on offense, I think vick would be a great fit with his quick release, and ability to buy more time in and out of the pocket.
yup they made room for Vick...jp I dunno but weird how Vick talked about wanting to go the Panthers cause he liked their "uniform" and also closer to Atlanta and then Jake got released lol
IF Vick went to Carolina their backfield would be pretty f'n crazy.
It wouldn't work though. I could definately see Steve Smith punching Vick in the face for always over-throwing him.
See I don't understand why people try and knock Vicks skill in the pocket, hell smith probably wanted to punch delhomme for all those int's! Really though, if vick was that bad of a passer, he would not be in the NFL making big money point blank period. Delhomme is not a horrible qb, but it seems like after that super bowl run, he has been getting worse gradually in the following seasons.Originally Posted by Spectic Tank

And your point is? Delhommes rating is higher than vicks I am assuming, and he got cut. I think it is safe to say that the panthers have a better chance with vick than delhomme.
