i was just wondering if i was the only one who got hit by the ban hammer if you have also been banned recently please lmk when and what firmware your running and if you played any releases before they came out like MW2 im trying to figure out wut is getting everybody banned..... thanks

the new update about a week ago. microsoft has found a way to detect " foriegn" software in your xbox. its not the games its the mod its self. my friends list are dropping like flies

I know 2 people who were console banned so far. Both ixtreme 1.6.

Apparently the person who works on xbox's near me is ordering some chip to get people unbanned by changing something for like $50 an xbox. But if i were you id just buy a cheap used legit xbox just for call of duty and use the banned one for everything else.

I am utterly convinced Microsoft can detect every backup played in a modded console. It does not matter how you make or get the backup.

I bought 3 new consoles after mine got banned 3 days ago.

One I left unmodded for my own Live system. One of them I modded but only playing my retail games on and it has not been banned. The 3rd one I modded and played retail games on Live for a few hours. I then put a backup of Dirt 1 in the console and loaded it up. This and all my backups are my own rips from my Kreon drive. Within 1 minute of putting the backup in the console was banned.

I am not sure how but I know with 100% certainty that Microsoft can now detect every backup game inserted into a modded system no matter how the backup is created.

So unless a new way is discovered to make better backups modded 360's and Live will be at an end.

You could have bought 2 and used the extra money to paint that front bumper cover. If you only bought one, you could have probably gotten the bumper cover painted and different wheels if you was thrifty.

they always find out... If you can download the firmware. What makes u think that MS cant Dl it themselves. And find a way to detect it. It only takes 2 minutes to find this stuff out via google search....lol
