no qd, you don't need one to play. It might be more fun with the joystick, but you can play just as well without one.

I'm installing the game right now, I will let you guys know how it goes.

Just played it. It's fun for a second, but if you're into flight simulators, this is the one u need to get.

download it, qd probably have a shitty as computer that cant run the program. It ran perfectly for me.

xplane 9 is one of the most realistic sims there is out there. you can log time on it if you have specific ratings. i use it for my IFR currency.

It started up just fine. Let me change between the couple of small planes and the helicopter and that little plane on the far left. When I selected whether I wanted to bomb the target with flour (I think it was) or fly an airport route, it even loaded up the scenery and all the other shit. Then it froze on me. Computer is a newer Dell with newer shit.

I also found that it's only a demo edition so it really isn't that much to it. Later, QD.
