I quit playing PC games after I beta tested ever quest and asherons call. I also played Ultima Online for 5 years and had 3 accounts. I always have something to do outside or at someones house. I just dont like sitting around anymore for some reason.
Well, I've been meaning to check this out and the fact that my girlfriend downloaded the trial demo didn't really help. So here I am, faced with another addiction that is sure to consume my soul. See you guys online if you log in.

Like newesis said it can get pretty addicting for some. never seemed that way for me sometimes i long on and get bored right away alt tab away and for get i have it open. like everyone said take it in strides, dont play for hours on end! i dam sure dont!

guh..i use to be really bad on the game but i learned to tone it down a lot. Hell at one point i was 18 hours a day...every day.
I had to quit for 2 months and now im at the point were i play like maybe 2 hours a day after work. Ill raid on the weekends.

It is a good game. Very polished. The only downside is the skill level and attention required is very low. You can grind and question, watch tv, text, sleep and eat all at once. My favorite MMORPG required constant attention and lots of freedom.

Nothing has beat it yet. Full PvP loot in it's heydey means it was not an ITEM DRIVEN PvP game. WoW is so level and item based it is almost not fun.
