friend of mine is one of the artist designers for rockstar and his r34 is the one in the game
so i bought it today the game is sick! some pretty good customization details so i give it like 8/10
damn i went to frys to pick it up but they didnt have it.. whered u get it from?

There is no way you can compare this to NFS. That series is just HORRIBLE.
Anyway, I played the game last night from about 7 pm - 4 this morning... I literally lost track of time. The customization is what you'd expect from the series, and L.A. is recreated perfectly. Cops are in the game, and you can actually pull over for them, let them get close to your car (yes, they do get out to issue you a ticket) and then slam on the gas to pull away while they run back to chase you. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cars, but I'm expecting ALOT of DLC so it's no big deal right now...
Oh, and I'm driving a '69 Camaro SS (fully built to drag specs), an Evo IX MR (spoilerless... yes, finally a game where you can remove spoilers completely!), a '98 240, and a Ducati 999R (white, with black wheels w/ white lip)

Yeah- i"m sure the will have plenty of downloads.. now if i can just get a s2000 and civic ek in the game that would be tight! I give this game a A+ for options and game play - def a keeper for me.. I haven't played GRID.. Post some comments on that game.. is it nice?
I got the game yesterday. Its pretty fun, I wish there were more cars tho... and a more in depth performance modding experience.
If there is street racing and police chases in a game, then honda does not want to be involved.
Grid is GREAT gameplay wise. You can do all kind of races to. Everything from open wheel formula cars, to down hill touge racing, to racing muscle cars on the street. But there is no modding.

yeah i loose interest quickly if i can't modify the cars.. but thanks on the info and the fact that honda will not allow use of cars when police chases are involved.
Dang, no more honda civic out running police cars.. lol

I just realized this is not a NFS title. I really hate NFS.
Anyways. I have played the older Midnight clubs. Even back to when they were a bit cartoony. They were still fun though. I might actually give this a shot.

online play is cool you can cruise around and follow other people or challenge them to race up to 16 people, you can also post up your car and let other players rate your car.
