^^^ Fuck! Sir Mix-A-Lot is the correct rapper of that line. The song is Posse On Broadway. I was running the whole song through my mind, including the title ann, somehow, I ended up putting the wrong title up. It is My Posse On Broadway. Here is a sample lyric with yours included:
