Its about Jim Benson getting high for 30 days straight, and then NOT getting high for 30 days straight, in a "Super Size Me" esque. (Get the reference?) He takes tests, interviews people like doctors and other stoners and gets nothing accomplished.

An hour and a half was wasted with his poor standup humor and complete lack of anything important gained knowledge wise.

i learned that smoking hardcore is for losers who have nothing important to do. i dont smoke at all, and i kind of wanted to smoke after watching it, but honestly, it really didnt affect me more than normal temptation.
