I give respect where respect is due, and the Grand National is a sick car that I wouldn't mind owning at all, but to say that it's a good looking car? Well we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. And my last car was a 68 Mustang, so don't say that I don't appreciate classic American cars.

I'm not saying it's hideous (its mean looks are what saves it), but I wouldn't at all call it attractive.

Your ace on that, a car that looks bad ass will usually win over its not so great curb appeal. But what i was really saying is that too many on here think a car made in 1986 is old school and cant appreciate the past.

I am sure the RS200 is either a kit or they destroy it in CGI. F&F has a tradition of re-using vehicles from other movies (Diesel's Charger is also driven by Wesley Snipes in Blade) and using kit vehicles. I read an article about how they created the effects for the first two movies. Most of the shots you see that don't show the wheels are done by hauling the car on a dolly or a trailer. Less actual driving is done because its safer/easier to film things using trailers and dollies.

OMFG. this movie looks so sick nasty!!! The grand nasty is so fscking badass!!!! i can't wait for this sh!t to come out! i'm gonna buy tickets in advance and everything. If the trailer's starting out with a grand national, i KNOW it can't be a bad movie. who ever was dissin on grand nationals is an idiot. sure from the curb they kinda look like grandma cars, but i dare you to put any of your little hondas up against it and you'll see that it's a sweetass car. They're the ultimate sleepers. i fscking love them!
