lol, if you're gonna use your CC to get a car....get the rx-7 or the mazda6. 2 fastest cars in the game.
i used points to get a head a little bit. and now i'm bankin a little bit of cash so its better than being broke. although my first car was the teg and took me a while but i got it to run 11's. if you get points, then use them to build a certain type of car. if its a bracket car (which what most people do) i'd go with the camaro (extremely consistent, and a touch of old skool) but if you want heads up....evo rx7 or the m6. DO NOT GET THE MUSTANG!!!! its breaks on just about every race. the rsx is a good bracket car too. its what i'm using now. 11.5 FTW, biitches.
not so much the wrong cars, just using the wrong parts. you can go either a lot of power....or you can have reliability. but you will have stressed parts somewhere. i haven't built a car where i didn't. my rx-7 has been stressed for a while and its still going lol. read the description of parts and figure out which will be the best. just like real life....you want power? or reliability?

you don't have to. it takes a little bit of time to get your car going if you don't. but you don't HAVE to though. i used my debit card once to get a membership and points and i haven't used it since. i was really going for a membership so i can get discounted parts, and see everyon'e win;loss record.
if you get good at bracket racing, its where the money is at...and you don't have to have much done to your car to do it since its about dial in times.

my rsx is turbo'd and i turn the boost up to 35psi, i keep it set at 15psi. i run 2-3 runs at 35psi....good-bye engine. about $1200 in repairs. to be honest, its the best bracket car i've ever built though, and not so much for heads up lol.
well i am on right now, making some money!
So I was looking at motors for the teg. The teg r does 0-60 in 6 secs and the rsx does it in 7.2. So why does the rsx motor cost more then the teg r?
