    Kanye....Love em' or hate em'??? honestly i think kanye west is the most overrated entertainer that has ever graced the planet. 50 got shot nine times and this nigga has screws in his jaw. his beats are decent " Goldigger is rather catchy" and lyrics are sub mediocre. why does everyone think that he is the "savior" of hip hop whens hes just another lawn jockey in a pink polo with a popped collar.


    i just hope he fades out with all the damn fads that hes started: Lacoste 70.00 polos" WTF",popped collars "why", and the goddamn jeans and blazers shit what the fuck is up with that sheit.

    and what the hell is up with motherfuckers saying " kanye is the truth" over and over and over

    he is a good producer and he talks about things that others don't. he is kinda like eminem you listen to what he says because he says something out of the ordinary. his music is real soulful when you listen to it. he isn't the savior of hip hop but then again that is what they used to call eminem isn't it?

    the man made the cover of time magazine.. how many rappers have done that? He's a producer that can rap.. he knows he's not the best rapper but he's still confident. What artist doesn't think they're the best? I'm sure Memphis Bleek thinks nobody can touch him

    i would rather listen to knye then lil john any day of the week. he is s alittle full of himself but he is like 50 cent he makes music for people to listen to. the song golddigger is catchie and it will help sell his album which is the oerall goal.

    i like kanye, cause he's not one of those "i'm the baddest man ever, look at all my bling, i've got 15 nines strapped to me, i have to out do every other rapper there is out there" kinda guy... (that list coulda gone on forever) and a lot of his music is real....
    fakeness kills me. like 50 can rap about the streets cause he was for sure in them... but some of these "gangsta's" are just all about the image... i probably have better street knowledge than half of them out there... and i never really lived on the street!!!

    haha I wasn't going to spend money on this album either way, I just think it's great that he had the sac to say what he said this weekend. True, Pres Bush didnt make Katrina hit just the black houses, but I think what he said is something that has been known but whispered only for quite some time. We will see how it "all falls down"

    Kanye pulled the same thing Tom Cruise has been pulling for the past few months. They think that all of a sudden because they have fat wallets and a camera on them, that suddenly they are professors of "truth".

    Kanye made himself look foolish and uneducated. Ironic that Time magazine called him a "brilliant" person. In that interview he didn't show me ANY intelligence whatsoever, only ignorance. He, just like Tom Cruise, has NO CLUE how things work in the real world.

    I didn't think anything of Kanye before, and now I think of him even less.

    I can honestly say i can't think of a single one of his songs.... So I could careless about him as an entertainer, and seeing as how the only time I've really seen him is when he made his dumbass remark on the telethon.. Then all I have to go by on him is that he's an ignorant ass.

    Why did he say that Bush hates blacks when his whole little speech was really about what the media is doing. Paraphrasing here..."they show black people looting and white people that need help" What does that have to do with how long it took the president to send help? I don't like Bush...but I think he said some things that weren't really that well thought out. He was shaking like a leaf. He didn't show any confidence or brilliance there. Seems to me like he must write his lyrics in word so he can spell check..becaus eto me, what he said didn't make 1 iota of sense.

    After reading up on alot of conspiracy's associated with Katrina... What Kanye said, made a little more sense.. Although, I dont think it was right for him to blurt that shit out the way he did or where he did.. He should have taken that idea and ran with it, explaining it more thoroly maybe in a interview or something...

    it made things worst because then edited most of the interview but they were sure to put in the last part where he made the statement about bush. i do not liek bush either but the problem is with the state government new orleans is a corrupt state and between the mayor and the governor it is obvious there are problems in that city. the police were abandoning there posts for god's sake. he could have been a little smarter with his statement and used a better time. but honestly kanye didn't say anything that black people weren't already thinking. not about just balck people but poor people and not just bush but america as a nation.
