Check out this link. DI.fm. That is all you type. Should come as digitally imported radio. They have a few channels and if you download ripcast you can rip the streaming audio.. Pretty good stations there.

i'm surprised nobody's mentioned ferry corsten, he's produced some amazing songs(check out holding on). then there's chicane, blank & jones, above & beyond, dedmau5, bob sinclar(if you're looking for a house-y vibe), algrave, delerium, jonas steur, allure, BT(selective. some of his emotional technolgy / movement in still life stuff), aquagen, john dahlback, dj shog, jes brieden(not a trance producer, but basically anything with her on vocals is gonna be good), conjure one, dj shah, late night alumni, narcotic thrust, dj hooligan, etc...

electronic music is a very broad genre, trance is completely different from techno, and then even trance has different subgenres. i threw some house stuff in the list up there since it's got a trance vibe to it, so you might like.

wow, i dont know why i didnt mention ferry corsten. he's got some great music. I went to a show of his last year at the opera, it was amazing. Anyways, yea he's a very good artist. Techno is a genrae in its own, people just associate it with all electronic music. Its not, most of the time, what is put in the "techno" category, is sonds and tracks that really cant be classified

if you want trance I say:
    Above & Beyond
    Armin Van Buuren
    Paul Van Dyk
    Ferry Corsten
    Maor Levi
    Agnelli & Nelson
    BT
    Dogzilla
    Luminary
    Andy Moor

but drum & bass is my passion. for d&b, check out:
High Contrast (liquid funk, kind of a housey sound)
    Duo Infernale (very chill)
LTJ Bukem (atmospheric, very very chill lounge style music)
    Pendulum (high tempo wobble tunes)
Stepkilla (check out his 21 Tune Salute mix for some awesome jungle)
Bassdrive (awesome drum & bass internet radio station)
Andy C (a god of Drum & Bass, find his Essential Mix)
Noisia (very dark drum & bass from netherlands)
Tech Itch (more dark, hard drum & bass)

if anyone interested in pickin up some drum & bass or trance sets, hit me up and let me see what I can do for ya. I'm sittin on 147GB of music right now but I don't share single songs, only sets. I got a ton of ragga-jungle type stuff

omg someone knows breakcore?! fantastic. theres some really awesome breakcore out nowadays...Bong-Ra & Aaron Spectre for 2....FFF is pretty hot too. heres a nice breakcore set for anyone interseted:
    Mark H - More Cowbell

My personal preference is old school rave hardcore, jungle, atmospheric and ragga-jungle.

Not to hijack the tread or nothing, but anyone know of any Drum & Bass or Jungle events in the southern half of the state or know where I could find out if there's any?

every time ive been to an event where they've had a few djs who spun break core(which really hasn't been many, so i might have the wrong idea), all the kids dancing to BC looked like they were having drug-induced seizures, except while standing. i just cant see to anyone listening to it at home to relax, its completely chaotic.

and i've never been to either of the clubs you mentioned. i tend to avoid clubs that play exclusively electronic music when i'm in the states though, since they typically attract primarily junkie ravers and guidos, neither of which i give two ****s for. i go to clubs for girls, not rolling and dancing by myself with a glowstick ball(i think its called an orbital), so i go to mainstream hip hop clubs. but hey everyone's entitled to have fun in their own way, so if ravers wanna do their thing i can respect that.

Who said anything about relaxing? I listen to Kieth Sweat for that I hope you don't listen to trance for relaxation I've never even been to a party since break core came out...so I don't know how they get down at the parties. Kids these days scare me.

Astral Projection is an Israeli trance group, not really popular... but they have some great songs.

So yeah, Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Burin, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyke, Crystal Method, DJ Micro, Ferry Corsten if you like that kind of music you will also enjoy Fluke, Juno Reactor and Prodigy.
