I searched online and was told to download the Windows Media Enconding program so I did. Then it said to open up the editor and save and index it.

So that didn't work, it kept saying the file couldn't save or something like that.

So then I just tried starting over with encoding the whole file, and I thought it worked, but turned out the hour long video wasn't encoded, and only 5 minutes of the video worked.

Any help?
