Yup... was a very good game. I'm glad Atlanta is one of the premier teams in the league now, getting sent to Tokyo to represent the NFL. I think the team is just going to be killer this year... Deangelo Hall is no longer a rookie and showed some real skill in the game, Michael Jenkins, Roddy White, Jonathan Babaneaux, Jared Beck, all the rookies impressed me... and man our D-line and LB corp is just insane.

the back up qb for the falcons looked pretty good maybe if vick has a bad game there will be an alternative on the sidelines. still think they need atleast another 3-4 years to be a good team.

They were 1 game away from the superbowl last year... what do you consider a good team? And yes, Matt Schaub is definatly a preseason allstar, he was last year too. If only that could translate to regular season. But I definatly have more trust in him than our backup in 03, Doug Johnson. I'd say we already have a very good team... I mean last year was our first year switching to the west coast offense and the 4-3 defense, and we still went 11-5 and made it to the NFC Championship game. Had one of the best defenses in the league last year, and the best rushing game in the league...

I understand that nobody is perfect, but the definition of a good team to me is a team that can step up and win the big games. A team that can win the games that need to be won. A 27-21 victory over the colts is too close of a game to predict the faclcon's season this year. Having a winnig record is good, but being the superbowl champs is better. Just my .
