Well, if that's your point. WAY TO STATE THE OBVIOUS.

What the hell does dogs being bred to fight have to do with Michael Vick. It doesn't make it any less illegal just because they were bred to fight. Just like it doesn't make it any less illegal when you shoot someone with a gun that was made to kill.

    I agree %100.

That's why the sentence for murder is 25-life, NOT 23 months.

Well, murder is a federal crime so the punishment doesn't vary from state to state. There are however many other factors that go into sentencing. Not every case is balck and white.

Also, not everyone gets 25 to life. So that you should have never stated.

    OK fine.

It is fair to say that the punishment for killing a human is definately more severe than killing a dog. amirite?

I've lit 200 people on fire, including a 48 year old man, a History Channel announcer and a dude with one leg. I didn' get anything except paid for it.

None of what anyone says is going to change anything. Vick admitted to a crime, now he gets to do that time. No matter what that crime is, he admitted to it so game over.

If you're gonna do it, overdo it.
