eh, it was ok. the other parts of shark week are cooler if you ask me. i like the research parts, they show more sharks and all. and the chronicle thing was just a bunch of old people saying how everyone was dieing.

The flying sharks episode always gets me. Can yall imagine a huge Great White literally jumping so high out of the water chasing a seal and then landing in YOUR boat???? That's nuts. I wouldn't go near that "ring of death" off Seal Island in anything smaller than a yacht.....seriously. It's crazy seeing a shark that weighs over a TON coming clear out of the water 6-10 feet.

I've even got my son hooked on watching documentaries......he's gonna be a mini-me.....God help us all, huh?

yea, i love seeing them jump out of the water too, that just amazes me, because they are soooo fuckin big.

I watched about 6 hours of shark week today.. Now I really want to go cage diving with a great white..

I just pet a 7+ foot long Nurf (sp) shark this past week. I went to PCB with my GF and her family and me and her uncle went deep sea fishing all day and he caught it. Reached over and while it was calm ran my hand from the top of its head all the way down to it fin and kinda grabbed the fin and moved it a bit. Was def. a cool experiance. He also caught a 4 foot (what looked like to be a great white). and a huge like 3+ foot grouper. I just caught some snapper and other smaller fish. Was really a weird first experience of being 20 miles off shore and only seeing ocean. No boats, planes, hotels. Nothing. But when you would catch a fish sometime the porpos's would grab the fish while you are realing it in and take it clean off the hook. No lie. Shit was crazy.

i like being out in the middle of the ocean. most peaceful place you can be. and i think everybody loves shark week. the robo shark thing is on right now. they should just play this stuff all year long.

Well we were fishing for grouper and snapper but...sharks...nah

Was the first shark that wasnt in a tank or something that I touched. It was pretty cool.
