worth buying a ps2 slim for 130?

well, i was at gamestop debating whether or not i should buy a ps2 slim for 130. i've had one when the original console came out, but it got stolen somehow. now, i want to enjoy some of the games that i wasn't able to play.
So my question to you all is: Is it worth buying a ps2 right now or should i save up a couple hundred more and buy a xbox 360?

ps2 is still a good console...still have some good games...just mod the ps2 and play burn games....you can find a used one on here IA for around $80-$100, and spend another 50 to mod.

Fuck a PS3. Either go ahead with the PS2 and then save up for the 360 and then sale your PS2. If not just save for the 360.

some people on here are selling some for under retail.

why? cus it will play all ur ps2 games as well as upscale them. so you can keep your current games and then just buy new ps3 games sa well.
