I'll be brief to not spoil it

Went and saw it tonight @ 8pm

- and I gotta say, they wrapped up the trilogy pretty damn well - they didn't leave any loose ends to the movie

For those who say they'll wait to rent it, if I were you I'd go see it while its on the big screen - its worth it IMO

... I wanna be a pirate now

80% of trilogies the second one sucks ass, and the third is good. Shrek, Die Hard, but there are a few that all three are awesome.....or suck ass. The Matrix the first one kicked ass and the second two sucked balls. I did not even finish the second Pirates movie it was so bad...I tried but kept falling asleep. I think this one looks ok but I am going to rent it, I am sick of paying 8 bucks for fucking movies. I will however pay to see the new Die Hard and Transformers. And with how surprising Alien VS Preditor was I may see the second one in theaters. I wish they would remake Red Dawn, that would be awesome.

I just got back from seeing it, and I thought it was ok. I was never a huge fan of the series to begin with. But, this one was just fucking nuts. Sure the action was cool, but the plot was so just all over the place it was ridiculous, so many different pieces to it, there was like 1000 different branches off of each plot line.

haha not really, just that each main charachter had their own agenda and liked to backstab everyone else

but in the end all the agendas come back into one final plot and ending

oh, and STAY AFTER THE CREDITS

Yeah they kill off a bunch of main characters in this one . The movie review people couldn't believe they did it . And if they kill kira knightly character there going to be hell to pay

haha - it goes to 10 years later and you see Elizabeth and her now 10 year old son on a grassy field atop of cliffs at sunset, you see their faces and a green flash, and then you see Will on the Flying Dutchmen coming in...

just kinda brings a solid wrap to things ( since Davey Jones came back 10 years later and Calypso had ditched the mofo )

kira Knightly has always been cute in her own way but she really has done better since the pirate movie. Tan,hair change, not so goth anymore. Nice change

The second one was a cock-tease...I REALLY want to see the third one because of it.

I want to see it...my sister went, but I had college stuff. I'm going this weekend...I expect it to be pretty good.

no main main character died. they killed Captain Sao Feng but he was only introduced in here, and liz's dad, big deal, her dad was a dousche anyway.

but it was a kick ass movie, but they needed to focus on jack more, not will and liz..

fucking pirate king and dutch man captain....

That didn't need to be wrapped up. Thats just the beginning of the next trilogy more than likely.

HUGE SPOILER WARNING ....... Just saw it a few hours ago . Kinda mad they killed the kraken off such a bad beasty . Got to see why davy jones was always pissed off and why he looks like he does. But the question is if jack stabed the heart then he is pretty much immortal right. So that leads it wide open for another movie. I am sorry will as the captain of the dutchmen ....

how freakin sad is that .

Jack took Wills hand and stabbed the heart so Will would become immortal for 10 years. After Will paid his debt of 10 years as captain of the dutchman, he was free to go.

The fountain of youth was a tie into the Movie the Fountain. The movie the Foutain made no sense whatsover just like the Rock part in Davey Jones locker/crab thing. No I havent seen it, my friends told me that part.

that movie was 2+ hours of shit! too fucking long to tell such a short story. new characters and acting was great but it was pretty bad ending to the trilogy... reminds me of matrix trilogy.
