I went and played with an Instinct at the sprint store a few weeks ago and was sorely dissapointed

Ive personally had one for about 6 months and honestly have very few complaints. My biggest complaint was the browser, but with the last software update i can run Opera on it now and its great. Not to mention that evdo rev a is killing at&t's 3g in speed tests.

there is just so much you can do wih the phone, thats why i dont see myself upgrading to something else.

for real? i only pay 70, my texting is unlimited too. but yeah its the best phone i have ever had. once you get good with using it, you just become attached to how smooth the whole phone flows ya know.

I use my cell phone for work, and its my only personal phone too (no landline). So my usage varies quite a bit. If i went down a plan or two with scheduled minutes. For no more difference cost in plans it doesn't make sense to have a scheduled minutes plan for my phone.

I refuse to ever buy the iphone it's a cool phone and all but i like my phone and ipod to be seperate the plan is way too much and texting isn't that easy with my big fingers. I have the samsung eternity and thinks its way better and i dont have to get the iplan and i think the internet is faster and have a qwerty keypad and can send pic messages! no sim card is lame when i go to the pool or somewhere my phone can get fucked up i switch my sim into a razor i have so i dont mess up my nice phone plus no warranty and it doesnt charge when you plug it into an ihome plus you could be jammin out and then get a fuckin phone call or text!

Samsung Eternity is better? But it lacks wi-fi. I think you should actually hold an iPhone before you get to bashing comparing it to a $400 device with no wi-fi. And who said the iPhone doesnt have a SIM card? Mine does. And you still have to buy a data plan for the eternity to connect to the internet.

Yup you can make your money back and some. People want it here or internationally for them to jailbreak. The 1st version has more street value than 3G.

I just ordered mine(3G 8 Gig) from AT&T's website. It is a refurb with a 3 month warranty for $99. The new ones only get a 1 yr warranty I believe, and you can't get insurance on it either (correct me if I'm wrong).
