As some of you know I work as wild wings suwanee as the morning prep cook who does everything from preparing the rice and mac-n-chz. to making the spinach dip and ranch dressing.....recently I had a new prep to train. well while i made him do everything that week i trained him, i had a little time to kill....I started to get bored at work with nothing to do other then tell him what to do and look over his shoulder...

So one day I went over to the Expo line and started to help out...next i know Im running the expo myself and doing a pretty good job for never EVERY trying it before....next day at work im in the dinning area BSing with the managers as the new prep is doing his work and one of the managers tells the kitchen manager that I was working the expo yesterday and did a really good job!!

So long story short...well shorter...one of the two current expos is getting promoted so THIS FRIDAY im getting a go on the expo line for real this time

The kitchen manager wants to give me a go in a semi big rush as she may want me to take over for the other expo on monday and wednesday nights. Now i am planning on staying as the Prep cook and working an extra two nights a week....the only down fall it that I will loose some money per hr but will get 2% of the entire food sales for the shift i cover!


Its on the schedule for this friday...so lets see if i can bring it home!


SO COME FRIDAY MORNING AND GET ME AS MANY ORDERS TO SEE IF I CAN HANDLE IT!!!!
