    Default anyone Else Ready?

I went ahead over the weekend and waxed, and polished, the civic, did the clay bar thing, and polished the engine bay for the Savanah show. Just sucks cause the drive there will kill all the cleaning I did

Gotta remember to get the oil changed before I go to, but other from that the car is ready, even have my supply bucket filled with fresh cleaning supplies and clean rags

Damn man, I am just hoping the car will make it out of the shop in time. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Just a idea for you all, when you are cruising to a show, wrap the front of the car with plastic food wrap.. =)

Ive seen cars come from washington state to vegas with the whole front end wrapped.... just make sure you leave a hole for your engine to get air...

It doesnt leave a residue on the car? You put it on the whole bumper? ( I know to leave the air openings free )

Anything that sticks on the car can be quickly wiped away with a quick detailer. The purpose of painter's tape is that it comes off easily when you're done painting.

You can use strips wherever you want, it covers edges nicely.
