    agreed. he's buying a washer and dryer now. HAHAH the responsibilities of a new house. I went through that 8mos ago!
    Things to look forward to:

    1. comcast's repeated lies: "yes the install technician is just across the street"
    2. Sears faulty guarantees: "well....the guarantee doesn't cover spontanious combustion."
    3. Neighbor's kids: "Hi were just coming to introd...woah...is that your car, can you pick me up in it one day after school?"
