    Is your Alpine Type R dual 2ohms or dual 4ohms? This way I can make sure I match up the right one.

    I have components starting at $65...I have the DB Drive Okur Series on sale for $105. They will outperform any of the brands I have that range up to $160 (Alpine, JL Audio, Memphis).

    The best amp for that sub (if dual 4ohm) will be the Alpine MRP-M500...500rms Watts @ 2ohms. Plus it will keep your system the same brand. We have it for $150. We have other amps that will also do the job starting at $125 and up. Thanks

    qwik question! WHy does my system keep cutting out on me when i'm bumping it LONG and hard?? it cuts out and few seconds comes back on?? Rfosgate p3 12" w/pyle 2000 watt amp.. i'm thinking I need a CAP ?? lmk pm me

    sounds like you are having issues keeping your voltage up.
    better/larger wire and a sealed battery would be better investments than a cap.

    First, because you are giving it to the amp "long and hard", lol.

    Could be lose wires, bad ground, amp could overheating, gain could be too high...there is an endless amount of possibilites. Best thing to do is to take it to a shop.

    what's the best amp on there matched up to 1 12 SXX in a ported box? looking to come by make an appointment to get a system through you... just would like to get a good quote on pricing for the SXX,whatever amp matches it best,box,all wires needed, and installation

    I'm upgrading my crummy DD's stereo, I like the SE series subwoofer but I bet they are expensive aren't they?

    edit-or if you could recommend me a nice setup (1amp/1 10" sub) for my little beater. Nothing fancy, just a nice crisp bump in the trunk. I am terrible at these ohms equations lol

    RE Audio has been around since the early 2000's. They blew up online when Steve Meade used to run their XXX and MT subs. The original designer is who designs FI and AA. Just google RE Audio and Youtube them. They are a good balance between SQL and SPL.
