the way I usually estimate an amplifiers power is by multiplying the fuse rating by the voltage (usually 12.8ish volts) and then take 75% of that. (assuming efficiency is 75%)
ie: (2x30A) x 12.8V x 75% = 576 watts
but of course there is no way to know how much power it is really doing without actually clamping it.
you are thinking of TC Sounds. TC and Audiopulse were essentially the same company (same owner), and yes, they went out of business awhile ago. LMS is a type of coil that they used in their subwoofers.
T3 is still alive and well.
