    Default Peavey 4x12 guitar cabs

I use these with my Mesa rack stuff right now but decided I'd rather move on to a Mesa cabinet. I've got 2 Peavey MS412 series cabinets. One slant with rough texture tolex, and one straight cabinet with a smooth style tolex. They both have casters but the straight one doesn't like to roll that well, probably some grime in one of the casters. Anyways, they both have good condition metal grilles and are in good shape. They're stereo, 16ohm mono or 8ohm stereo. They work fine, but like I said, just moving on to the Mesa cabinet.

They're $200 a piece and you're more than welcome to come by and listen to them before you buy them.

That's a crappy pic of the straight cab. The silver square-x design in the cab is taken care of. I repainted the grille and now you can't see it.

That's a pic of the slant cab.

Do you know which speakers these cabs have in them? What head are you driving these with?

Sheffield 1290s, 75 watters. Pretty much Peaveys take on a Marshall 1960 cab. Very clear at high volumes which is a benefit.

I've used a Marshall JCM900, Peavey VTM120, Red Bear, and right now I'm using my Mesa Studio Pre and 2:90 power amp on one.
