    what firmware are you running? if its a 4.0U then Yes I can. BUT I can also teach you its very very easy you just need the files and the right sd card. I went through 4 different SD cards bc the WIIs are very picky lol.
    and there is also a slim chance you could brick your wii if not done right lol but its a fun learning experience.
