Refurbished and New are two different things dude get that straight. If you buy a new car and buy a used car are they really the same thing? A car can be abused manipulated in any way the purchaser sees fit but if its brand new then the person who is buying it won't have any worries because its brand new. This is a brand new ipod that hasn't been used or opened for that matter. If you wish to argue with me lets take it to pm's and not clutter my thread.
