Bill, I have had people call nearly choking on there food to get it down, smacking in my ear, they've called with children yelling in the background, they have called with the tv or radio blasting that I have to talk loud just to hear myself think lol...I normally just say may I have you hold and I put them on hold to gather myself before I do somthing dumb.

apparently not because my friend was like ma'am can you please stop smacking in my ear or call back when your done.

I had a lady send a complaint letter in about me because she tried to say I didnt care whether or not she cancelled, but when my manager and the VP read her letter and read my notes they were like this letter makes no sense because they seen how hard I tried to help her but she just couldnt be satisfied. They were like we have to let you know but we arent' worried about it.
