6psi should be fine on stock head and block. I was running a Z6 block and head at 10psi but it had some internal issuse that caused it to spin a bearing. After a full rebuild I bumped it to 12psi and it was a blast. I put scat H beam rods, JE 9:1 forged pistons, je rings ACL race bearings and ARP head studs. Turbo setup was a HF crx manifold with a hf to td05 adapter, td05 14b turbo, ebay intercooler kit, real greddy bov, and ecu chiped with chrome pro tuned by mainstream performance. It made 191HP on 10psi stock internals.
O I now own a EJ

I will but since the time change it will be a close call on other plans I have.
Wow I just pulled about 15' of wire out from under my dash. It was a old alarm. But I'm still having issues with the head lights. I also removed all the old a/c lines and did some cleaning.
Tomorrow I'm going to wash it for the first time in 7months and see if I can save the paint. If I can't I'm going to satin black it.

got some stuff done but the headlight wiring maybe shot. I know theirs a short somewhere but its not visible. The wires have gotten so hot they melted the column light switch. No big deal I can fix it. Its what I do.

I think I may have to. I know the running lights and the high beams aren't causing the problem so I'm going to just rewire the low beams and see if that fixes them.
