I love when customers call in or email my boss about how good I am. Our boss reads the letters outloud in our thursday meetings.

It will be a lot of work but it will be worth it in the end.

yeah we have these big meetings, and they give out an above and beyond pin thing and you get 10.00 bucks. i have 2 already, this will be my 3rd.
