Does anybody know where to put the front tow hook on an 88 Crx?

I saying i've tried putting it on the frame horn, but the bolts would not watch up. Would it hurt to drill holes into the bumper support and bolt it up there? Would it eventually bend the frame?

It won't bend the frame if it's just bolted but it's not strong enough if you intend on getting your car towed from the bumper support.
