    Default ee wagon on the side of 400

    anybody's wagon sitting on the side of 400 today. Near holcomb bridge.

    Looked like drunk scottsman's one.

    Red with white wheels 4 x 4 and tinted windows.

    Was going to stop but nobody with the car. It had a orange sticker on the window.
